By using this Site, you agree that the user or controller of such bot or automated tool shall be held fully liable for each violation. ApexTree reserves the right to enforce this penalty at its discretion, including taking legal action to recover damages, losses, or costs incurred due to the violation.

ApexTree Service LTD makes no representations or warranties regarding the copyright status or ownership of any content found on the Site. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any content from the Site does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
